Regular shipping is free for all orders within Australia – sent via Australia Post; delivery takes three to five business days. The tracking number will be given with a confirmation email or text message.
If you opt for Express Post, it would cost you $10.00, and your order will be delivered within a day through Australia Post. The tracking number will be given with a verification email or text message.
For orders $79.00 and above will receive Free Express Post. The tracking number will be given with a verification email or text message.
With the exception of weekends and public holidays, all of our orders are shipped from our Melbourne, Australia warehouse within 24 hours.
- Do we offer returns/Exchanges?
In order to be eligible for a replacement only, the item must be unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging and tags. Please note we will inspect product upon arrival.
- Who will pay for the postage in case of exchange of product?
Client will be responsible for all shipping costs for returned items, returning products and shipment of new product.

Yes we do offer exchange on all the products.

- What happens if my item arrives faulty or damaged?
We take fair care to ensure that your item is in excellent condition before sending it to you, but if you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon delivery we will gladly repair it. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process a refund; however, if the item arrives damaged or defective, we will pay for new item to be sent and we will be responsible for all postage costs.
