This return policy applies to storewide.
We aim to make returns and exchanges easy for you. We take fair care to ensure that your item is in excellent condition before sending it to you.
Please note your item can only be exchanged if ;
Arrives faulty | broken during transportation.
If you ordered a ring and it doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for the right size, based on inventory availability.
If your jewellery breaks within a year after purchasing it, we’ll happily send you a new one based on inventory availability.
- If you purchase Beauty Tools and they arrive faulty/ broken during transportation.
Please note to be entitled for an exchange, we will require you to send us back the faulty | broken item, otherwise we reserve the right not to exchange | replace the broken, faulty product.
