Shipping Information
At Cleo Stones, every order is prepared with care and intention. Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne studio once payment is confirmed and the verification process is completed. Processing time is typically up to 48 hours.
Each piece is thoughtfully wrapped to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Shipping within Australia
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders $85 and over. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $8 for orders under $85. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping: Flat rate of $10. Estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days after dispatch.
All parcels are sent via Australia Post for reliable and secure delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Please ensure a valid email address is provided at checkout, as all tracking details are sent via email only. Tracking numbers are not sent via text message.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post service conditions. You can track your parcel at any time using the tracking number provided.

Returns & Exchange
At Cleo Stones, we take great care to ensure every piece arrives in pristine condition. In the rare event that an item is damaged or faulty upon arrival, we are happy to offer a replacement, subject to availability.
Ring size exchanges are available depending on stock availability. If your jewellery breaks within 12 months of purchase, a replacement may be offered based on available inventory.
To qualify for an exchange or replacement, the original item must be returned. Failure to return the item may result in the exchange request being declined. Please note that gifted items are not covered under warranty.
