Each piece is thoughtfully wrapped to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $85. Orders under $85 are shipped at a flat rate of $10. All parcels are sent via Australia Post for reliable and secure delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. Please ensure a valid email address is provided at checkout, as all tracking details are sent via email only. Tracking numbers are not sent via text message.
Standard delivery within Australia typically takes between 1–4 business days after dispatch. For more detailed delivery timeframes, you may track your parcel directly through Australia Post using the provided tracking number.

Returns & Exchange
At Cleo Stones, we take great care to ensure every piece arrives in pristine condition. In the rare event that an item is damaged or faulty upon arrival, we are happy to offer a replacement, subject to availability.
Ring size exchanges are available depending on stock availability. If your jewellery breaks within 12 months of purchase, a replacement may be offered based on available inventory.
To qualify for an exchange or replacement, the original item must be returned. Failure to return the item may result in the exchange request being declined. Please note that gifted items are not covered under warranty.
